Payment
All hampers must be pre-paid.
Bank Fees
All charges associated with dishonoured checks or invalid credit cards will be passed on to the purchaser.
Delivery
While all care is taken to ensure the safe delivery of gift hampers, no responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to goods by Out of the Box Gift Hampers or Fastway Couriers.
Authority to Leave
Fastway Couriers and Out of the Box Gift Hampers will only deliver hampers to an unmanned address where an ‘Authority to Leave’ has be given by the purchaser.
Injury or Illness
‘Out of the Box gift hampers’ take no responsibility for illness or injury occurring as a result of using or consuming products forming part of any ‘Out of the Box gift hampers’ hamper or giftware.
Business closure
Out of the Box Gift Hampers do not take or deliver orders between December 19th and January 14th 2008/09.
Christmas Orders
Christmas orders will only be taken up until the Monday 15th of December. Final deliveries will be made on Monday December 22nd. |
